PURPOSE: Promotes violence-free living and self-sufficiency through community-wide educational programs; and through support to victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. Victim services are confidential and free, and include a 24-hour crisis line, group and individual counseling, case management, therapeutic child care, court advocacy, information and referral, and for those who need it, emergency shelter and transitional housing with food, clothing, transportation, and other essentials.

PURPOSE: Provides a complete range of rehabilitation, employment, and skills training to the handicapped adult population of Warren County. This is provided through developmental services for multi-handicapped, sheltered workshops, social services, job coaching, community job placement, and transportation.
